1-Have to drive to different locations, sometimes can be a 1 or 2 hour drive

One of the worse environments to work at. Everyone talks about about each other and no one cares about employees. Very disfunctional family. No polocies and procedures, no job descriptions, no trainings, no good leadership, etc.
