      Pros

      The network engineering team at total is by far the most experienced crew I have worked with in my career. Lots of opportunities to work with private and public orgs of many sizes.

      Cons

      Most project / task management is left up to the engineer. School breaks are the busiest time for the operations side of the house.

      Relaxed working environment. I am allowed to do my work without being micromanaged. I have learned new things and have also brought my past experiences to help others. Pleasant and helpful co-workers.
