      Only pro is semi easy job.

      Cons

      Lack of work, miscommunication but will always be laborers fault not management. No real knowledge of job by management. Sorry pay and many false promises by New York office.

      Smaller company where you interact with the founder and handle projects all over the U.S.

      Cons

      Difficulty paying vendors on time. Constantly renegotiating contracts to try to pull money back from vendor agreements.

      The job is constant, nights and weekends. If a vendor is working, the PM is working.
