Pros
I have been working at Total Scope for two years, with a starting wage of $18 an hour. Just to give a little background on the work space, Total Scope is a third party endoscope repair company dealing in both large and small diameter endoscopes. Getting back to why Total Scope is a great job, there are certain points of the company itself which makes this job more appealing than others. Total Scope inc., to start off has an easy going work environment. The management and other employees are kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The more experienced lab technicians help to train incoming technicians by taking training slow so even the least experienced person could learn the most advanced repairs. Health, Vision and Dental are just a few of the many benefits to take advantage of that add to this great work place. At Total Scope, every worker has the ability to take advantage of as much overtime as they please. There is also a new points based bonus program which rewards employees for all the hard work they put into their regular and overtime hours. At Total Scope the most pronounced benefit is that we do not consider other employees as workers, but as friends. This becomes most apparent during the summer on our bi-weekly barbecues, where all the employees gather as a company for an hour at lunch and enjoy themselves.
Cons
The one downside to the work environment is there is only one restroom per gender. This being the only disadvantage to working at Total Scope, is a small trade-off for being a great place to work.
