      No Pro's for working at this company or doing business with them. Save yourself some time and leave them alone.

      Cons

      CEO Anthony, is absolutely the worst person ever. The top management is terrible, they only look out for themselves. HR is a joke! Don't think it could get any worst then thus company!

      TSS has a family-owned feel to it which gives it a great culture.

      Health benefits could be better.

      Pros

      Consistent work, friendly coworkers, great schedules, benefits and a good starting wage.

      Cons

      Terrible onboarding/training, mismanagement everywhere, no accountability on managements part, lying to make numbers nepotism and having to learn many, if not, all of the job titles and having to take over for them that day.
