family like setting, no micro management, have your back when customers are rude, pay increases when they see you going above and beyond!

clients can be really mean

can move up in positions VERY quickly, job is self explanatory, clean beds, take care of customers, easy job, kind of a joke. not something that's looked highly of when you go to other interviews, they laugh in your face.

total clique, if your not in with them they treat you like complete CRAP, dont care if you have an outside like or are tying to balance a family or school. Will promote ANYONE just so that they dont have to work in the stores themselves. will promote you even if youre not qualified, they do not care as long as they dont have to cover for their store.
