I have worked with TVS for about one and half years . It was a wonderful experience working with them. TVS management team is very friendly and supportive. TVS encouraged individual growth, provided leadership opportunity. I also appreciated the team building events and quarterly meeting, which brought the entire team closer to one another at personal level as well.
Cons
Frequent performance evaluation for employee would help to keep up the quality of the work and constant improvement in the project team.
