      Pros

      Good location - right by Old Street tube station.

      Cons

      Staff are constantly pressured to join in 'forced fun' events after work. If you decline it doesn't go down well. A few big voices dictate the office environment. Apart from that it's so-so.

      Pros

      - excellent company culture that's focused on doing what's right for the customer and helping people - loads of autonomy, staff are trusted to work on their own and there's no micromanaging - company supports individual learning and development - agile working is really effective - flexible working with 3 days wfh a week - fun company to work for - very social and lots of activities outside of work - dog-friendly office

      - no real cons! - fintech environment might not be for everyone, there's always a lot going on
