Pros
Everyone at Totem is friendly. And it's a great place to gain experience! It's downtown; so It's close to St. Lawrence Market. Everyone is very professional, but they know how to be carefree when the time arises. They pay for an intern's travel expenses. If you're not an intern, they have a lot of employee benefits.
Cons
If you're an intern, you most likely won't get paid a wage. Their building is somewhat small, so the likelihood of attaining a super nice large office is low. I would expect to work in a cubicle.
