Pros

You can't beat the work-life balance. Comes at a price.

Cons

You will rarely be paid on-time if at all. New employees are paid first to present the illusion that the company is running fine. Once you are invested and used to the freedom and work-life balance they use that as a reason for you to stay while you can go for weeks or even months without pay. The CEO will string the entire company along rather than being honest about the financial situation. They tell you to just keep working and you will be paid eventually. You will also spend a lot of time covering up for the company's shady behavior in front of clients. Have fun with that.

Pros

Outstanding culture, people care about you and your career, respectful employer and co-workers, and they always 100% of the time do the right thing for their people.

Cons

I cannot think of a single con with working here. Management really listens and cares for its people. If there is a problem, just have to let a manager know about it.

Pros

The Touchbase Culture cannot be beat!!! Everyone I work with has a "Can Do" attitude and goes out of their way to help clients and co-workers. The management team rolls up their sleeves and tackles any task at hand with a solutions oriented mindset. It's the best place to learn, grow and be compensated fairly.

Cons

In the past I would have said that a growth point for Touchase is to be more effective with roles and responsibilities regarding hand-off between departments. Today, I feel strongly that is quickly becoming an increasing strength. Communication of rolls and responsibility is clear and resource is available to help guide the way.
