Ownershiop doesn't value people at all. You are merely a transaction to the ownership and will never represent value to them.

None. Poorly run. Don't waste your time. People are not valued.

Unfortunately the CEO and Board of Directors don't give senior managers any power to make decisions. He changes the lending parameters at the drop of a hat making it difficult to be successful. Employees are given very little time to get up to speed and meet goals. If goals aren't met people are fired. It would be a great place to work but with the president/CEO having all of the power and even making all of the hiring decisions, it is a very difficult environment to work.
