Pros

- They are understanding about working from home when you're sick

Cons

- The environment is VERY uncomfortable - there is a depressing energy as soon as you walk through the door - Management has no idea what they are doing - it seems like they were thrown into the position without proper training - Hours - Work life balance - Co workers are cliquey and rude. I never felt welcomed - Salary seems decent until you calculate the hourly rate - you put in well over 40 hours per week

-Everyone there is extremely friendly and beyond helpful -Was a great internship to start dabbling in Market Research and Business Administration work -It helped strengthen my communication skills with constantly reaching out to participants and co-workers -You also learn to use Asana and Slack which is helpful with getting other remote jobs

Cons

-Not a lot of cons, it's a great internship. I just wish there were opportunities to stay with the company afterwards
