      Pros

      Talented teams in field and corporate support. Both have been "strip mined" down to bare bones due to cost/expense cutting.

      Cons

      CEO is unapproachable and aloof. HR meddles in every area without expertise to be effective. To avoid detection they just "create" a NEW program to roll out. The classic look busy so no one notices how bad you really are. No integrity within HR. Watch for 2-3 generic "I love EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING" reviews to follow this one. Why.....hmmmmm.....I wonder?

      Some people are cool and will help out and you also help them out too

      Cons

      Too bad the people who are good are used to do most of the work and get no proper compensation. The number of people who are good dwindles quickly. Also, compensation overall is horrific especially in NYC. There is 0 excuse for it.
