Pros

Aside from the 'executive team' the people at the company are fantastic, hard working and dedicated. The fact that the company has been able to mitigate a steeper decline in spite of misguided leadership, is a testament to their quality and perseverance.

Cons

Note, this was before the sale to Bucherer, but from what I understand, incredibly, many of the executives remain. Although the world of luxury Swiss watches has never been one to be at the vanguard, Tourneau has continually reaffirmed itself as the Sears of the watch world through its unimaginative and directionless ideas. A clear example is the following: after years of clamoring for a CRM system (that's right, Tourneau as of 2017 did not have a CRM system!) the executive team's response, lead by the head of HR for some reason, decided to implement a 'sales book' initiative where each sales person would literally write (as with a pen) the clients information in an actual book. So the company's most important data was being stored in disperate books, across 20 odd stores, one for each sales person. This books would often get lost or misplaced. The books of course could not be cross-referenced with purchases stored in some archaic software which many struggled to use properly. With some technological innovation and first principles approach to tackling retail's current landscape, the company, coupled with its great people may be able to avoid irrelevance.

Pros

Some people are cool and will help out and you also help them out too

Cons

Too bad the people who are good are used to do most of the work and get no proper compensation. The number of people who are good dwindles quickly. Also, compensation overall is horrific especially in NYC. There is 0 excuse for it.
