Pros
- Highly competent and self-aware coworkers - Leadership team proactively seeks out feedback, both good and bad - Relatively flat structure. If you're right, it doesn't matter what your title is - Start-up energy, but in a good, non-toxic way - Unlimited vacation, with an enforced 15 day minimum (you HAVE to take 15 days, or we'll charge you $100 for every day you don't take) - Unique product with an optimistic future outlook
Cons
Some growing pains. But for the larger part, they are proactively addressed.
