      Pros

      Your role plays a vital part of the growth of the company here. Everyone has a similar mindset in that they want to feel a part of the bigger picture and they are here to move the needle, which you will not experience at large corporations. Fair compensation with room for growth. Company is growing their footprint and always hiring which is a sign things are working. They care about your life outside of work and allow you to work from home.

      Cons

      Lots of technical information to learn and day to day tasks can change regularly which is not a negative for me personally, but can be for others.
