Benefits- Meh Days off- Meh Management- Meh Good company to work for if you have zero knowledge. Pay- Meh but ok for what you do. Just fill in your calendar with events and they leave you alone.
Cons
How you view this company depends on your background. As mentioned above, if you have zero knowledge of this industry it is a good place to start. If you already have knowledge of this industry you will get bored quickly. You will also find it hard to (move) up the chain. A lot of people I worked with here don't have a college degree so to them its all they have going. Meaning that they will not leave this company unless.... For this reason it is very hard to get promoted if you want to call it that. that said it is also very hard to respect the people above you since you know they are only above you because of the time they have with the company not necessarily because of their knowledge. Do yourself a favor and try to find another company to work for. Consider this company your last option.
