Weekday Morning/Early Afternoon Dispatcher. Ambulances are rarely fully stocked with necessary supplies. A culture that rewards and promotes call quantity, shortcuts, and rushing to get things done while punishing those who do their job to the best of their ability. Needed supplies often on backorder. Antiquated equipment on the ambulances. Strong favoritism among management. Expired supplies sometimes are not replaced. Raises do not keep up with inflation. Often held over, although that's every private EMS agency.
