      Friendly atmosphere.Not too much pressure.over time is not happened maximum time.increment every six month 2 to 4 thousands depends on your performance and behavior.

      Cons

      Too many unprofessional persons out there. Pipeline is need to more developed. Too much politics by the senior artists. Maximum low quality shots.

      Great work culture built by the original founders. Especially by Mr. Varun Parange. I remember the company starting really small and then growing rapidly over the years. Great place to learn and grow

      Operates like any large company now after the takeover by Technicolor.
