Pros

Everyone here is awesome and believes in what we do Great work-life balance Free snacks and drinks (and the occasional beer)

Cons

As a fairly small startup, their healthcare options aren't great, but once they take off that'll improve.

Hi there! We are glad to hear you enjoy working alongside your co-workers and love the yummy snacks we have in the office! While it is true we don't have the best health insurance options currently, we have a plan to roll out 3 brand new options by January 2019 to let employees pick a plan that works best for their current lifestyle. Kind Regards, Human Resources

Pros

Location, in Brewer’s Hill (Canton) area

Cons

Expectations were very unclear. Hired to build customer service dept. Shortly after, informed the plan was to ship said dept to Jamaica. They really had no idea as to what they actually needed. They currently run customer service through external company in florida. I found out from the manager in florida that the average call volume was 130 calls/day! So if youre still following, they wanted me (one person to handle that volume alone). Obviously impossible. Brought this to mgt, was brushed off. Took it to the ceo, he literally said “idk what we’re gonna do.” It became clear very quickly they don’t know what they’re doing. The mgr from Florida said he was under the impression that they were handing off to another call center. When I informed him it was only me he said that’s crazy. I asked if there was budget to hire more ppl, they said no and ultimately let me go because they had no need for me. They seemed to only be concerned with growing and not necessarily customer loyalty. If you’re planning on being the next guinea pig, just don’t.
