Pros
From day one until now, this has been the best working environment I have ever experienced. It was one of the best onboarding experiences I have ever had. Despite it being the first time they had implemented it, the professionalism they displayed made a very positive impression on me. This reflects the support that employees receive to perform their work to the best of their ability.
Cons
The only thing I have to say is that I think the office is getting a bit small for us. It has grown so much over the last year that it is sometimes difficult to find an available meeting room.
