      Pros

      Excellent management, office facilities and staff. Friendly and positive attitudes abound, and there are a lot of employee appreciation events and surprises throughout the year.

      Cons

      The pay lags a bit behind the industry, but this is a strategic choice in light of the emphasis on employee appreciation.
