Accept the offer only if it’s the only option you have. Use TR offer to get competing offer compensation wise, and you will gain more professional career growth and personal health at another company. Working at TR has been the most unworthy professional experience of my career. Before you consider joining TR, read the reviews on Glassdoor, and most are true experiences. From the negative comments, judge what are emotions and what are facts. Unstable work environment, a lot of hiring every month to compensate a lot of people quitting and getting fired. Ask about the attrition rate at the company. Ask about the difference of KPI and milestone KPI where the company adopts the latter and it leaves room for vague target for performance reviews, only delivery matters, not the quality. No bottom-up feedbacks were taken for real even thought the company conduct surveys from time to time. Incapable managers fire people to cover for their own incompetency and failures. Curse words are used in meetings and in the office. This is likely not what you look for. Your creativity and talent will be better appreciated and valued at any other big tech firm, bank or another tech scale-up.
