The people are great, and the company has ambitious goals. As part of Zalando Group, one has access to the Zalando offices in Berlin as well as the Zalando 40% Employee Discount.
Cons
A lot of the company feels legacy. Internal processes are slow and not so competitive. Procuring competitive tooling is next to impossible. Everyone is overworked, and the company has limited ability to improve compensation.
