Great company/ leadership in my area not so good - Area Manager Tradeflex Employee Review

- There really isn't any pros other than they pay you on time. - Clock off time

- Poor support from managers. - There is a lot of favouritism. - Different rules and standards for every cleaner. - Poor communication from management. They ignore calls and messages. - Outdated or faulty equipment. - Unrealistic standards for the timeframe given. - Warnings for no reason or made up reasons. Even if you provide photos to prove work was done. - They allow bullying and harassment from both other cleaners and managers. Complaints get ignored and swept under the rug. - Managers seen standing outside schools smoking with their favourite cleaners rather than offering support to struggling cleaners.
