Working overtime seemed to be expected of employees and was almost necessary to keep up with the regular workload.
Management didn't throttle sales when there weren't enough people to do the work. However, the issue was attributed the problems to workflow and not doing things fast enough.
No room for vertical promotion.
The CEO typically changes the project schedule laid out each month and adds additional projects in depending on his or his client's deadline.
Unfortunately, this wasn't an overall positive experience.
