      Great money, great atmosphere. Great menu of drinks and food, proud to serve such quality stuff and be a part of the 'first Mai tai' team

      Cons

      Horrible management. Lots of managers came and went. Only men Servers and women cocktail severs, should have been more spread out.

      The customers make it fun and the location is beautiful.

      Cons

      Tip transparency is non-existent. You work private events and have no idea how tips are split, you make drinks all night for servers with no idea if how they tipped out. Management could not care less.
