      Pros

      Tradestaff have staff benefits e.g. subsidised medical plan, a paid day off on your birthday, bonus based on your time with the company that gets paid out on your anniversary and a small Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      They do not respect their staff and seem to treat their staff with contempt. When issues are raised with senior management they are ignored and a bulling culture seems to be supported throughout the managers of the company.

      Pros

      Positive Staff Easy to Work without too much commitment

      Cons

      Most of the worker is just construction. There’s no other trades even though when I was hired I was told there were. You don’t have to be skilled at it those. I definitely am not. I had zero experience.
