Pros
Excellent employee culture. Obsessed with Keystone giving program (countless opportunities to volunteer, travel, donate money to causes you care about). Tons of employee perks like gifts, celebrations, events, golf outings, etc.
Cons
Things feel like they can turn on a dime sometimes. New ideas/processes/products come about quickly and without warning at times. Some decisions/ideas feel very “fly by the seat of your pants” by management. Someone comfortable with “gray area” would be successful/happy here.
