In the pros, you list Great Health Plan and great Work Life Balance. But, in the Cons you say we are a Cheap Company that does not invest in their employees. Health benefits are one of the largest investments any company can make in an employee next to salary. There is a very broad spectrum of health benefits in this country and a very broad range of cost to the employee. You said that we do not offer anything better than any other company. So, I assume you have worked for several other organizations in your career. As such, you must know then that our health benefits being close to free is extremely difficult to find in an employer in this country nowadays. When you say our salaries are not competitive, they are competitive for our industry. If you are comparing them to other industries, then there will always be disparities. Our positions are highly unique to our industry. Therefore, it's impossible to compare salaries. All of the reviews are written by current and former employees. I understand if you have had a negative experience, but it does not mean that others did not have or are not having a positive experience. Sometimes, a company and a person are just not a good fit.
