Traffic Tech appreciates our employees, and we reward them frequently! We even offer perks such as all-expense paid parties and bonus PTO during the holidays—we understand family comes first, and we like to see our employees take advantage of the time they have out of the office. We also promote a philanthropic environment by participating in local charities and helping out current employees in their time of need. Although our environment is casual, unprofessionalism in our offices is never encouraged. We pride ourselves on the impressive tenure of our management teams and provide advancement opportunities for our employees whenever possible. We are a growing company in a fast-paced industry with new challenges to tackle everyday, so we understand the atmosphere is not a fit for everyone. But we have recently made additions to our HR department and encourage an open-door policy where you can voice your concerns.
