      Adds to number of firms in New Orleans. Appreciates high caliber design thinking. Interest in design beyond buildings. Chases high profile projects. Wins plethora of design awards.

      Cons

      Projects never get built. Decision making from leadership often feels erratic and lacks long term strategy. Little to no transparency. Benefits are behind average for the industry and city. Profit funds leadership lifestyle, debatable how much gets returned to staff. Poor references when competing for work. Not a proper business structure. Wouldn’t come here straight out of school.

      Pros

      The work here is super refined and always unique. The design process is rigorous which always results in some unique architecture. Really close paid attention to detail. Your design input is really valued here and always heavily considered into the projects. The work hours are not over bearing.

      Pros

      Beautiful portfolio of work that is grounded by a human focus. Projects have a soul and are created collaboratively within the studio. Great work/life balance with leadership caring deeply about staff.

      Cons

      Workload can fluctuate up and down with projects going on hold etc.
