You think you are going into a environment that really cares about the person,all smokes and mirrors Unless you are making your manager money with KPIs your nothing. Putting people into employment at any cost is the game. DO NOT RECOMMEND, If you really care for making a change to the way society runs, DO NOT WORK IN A JOB PROVIDER AGENCY. Nothing but lies to cover up the true intentions of these so called businesses that care.

Good entry level job. Great Participants.

Micromanagement, no recognition, no communication, no flexibility, case loads are double sometimes triple the amount you should be doing, For minimum wage, Participants don't get the support they should - because our time and resources are limited. I have no idea how they are running a business. High turnover of employees, Employees are not taken seriously when they state they're burnt out or not doing well mentally.
