Pros
Many of my coworkers were amazing, you will likely meet some great people. The clients, while they can be tough, are genuinely the sweetest and most unique kiddos you'll ever meet. We got free lunch every other week.
Cons
Zero support. You will probably be assaulted by a client at some point (bitten, beaten, hair ripped out, etc.). You will be paid pennies for the kind of stuff you must endure. Their execution of ABA can be very disturbing at times, especially when clients are crying so hard they start gagging and/or vomiting. You will get sick constantly because parents still bring their kids in despite them being CLEARLY ill. The clinic was always either understaffed or overstaffed when I worked there. CEO is greedy and doesn't actually care about the clients or his employees. Management was insanely manipulative sometimes, it was really weird. Some coworkers can be cliquey and will ostracize you for being different.
