Pros
Good people, good pay/benefits, easy-going culture, and the company doesn't take itself too seriously. Office is really nice and a huge perk to have for us locals (plus relocation help!). Big emphasis on using AI, which I believe is a net-positive (though should be - and seemingly is - handled carefully). Huge respect for technical leadership, CEO, and people operations.
Cons
I enjoy working here, but no workplace is perfect. Since reviews often skew positive from requested feedback, here’s some honest input I wish I’d seen as a prospective employee: They've nailed a cultural framework (as you can see), though there is a lot of work to be done on differentiating and realistic goal setting. As a consumer of the product, we still have a lot of work to do, and overall company outlook can feel a bit uncertain with product direction constantly changing and evolving. From a cultural lens, transparency, documentation, and the “no red tape”/"show up ready" values aren’t always applied consistently across teams (e.g., private Slack channels, stale docs, varying levels of accountability on different teams, etc.), but typically done pretty well by most.
