Good in making a startup to towards corporate. Dare to compete with top companies. Innovative ideas? Best in hiring proficient employees, adept sales team , well trained support teams. The company have best recruiters, manager, best sales team, best R&D , Engineering & analytics , Support team. None is hired unskilled. You call them unfit after they are dismissed or threatened to payback money or they quit because you hide all these stuffs and hire them and treat them as slaves. No skilled talent will like to work hard like slave but always like to work smart .Either they quit or you throw them once you used their skills? (Hopefully all employees in trakomatic are smart workers, let them work in smart way and lead the company towards success.) Don’t stress them by giving 7 persons work to 1. Hire more and grow . Not like one of the reviews says “Hire quick, fire quick”
Cons
As everyone mention in the review that Trakomatic treat their employees as slaves, the management conducted a discussion and calls themselves pompously that they are best Masters since everyone accepts they are treated like slaves. After seeing the reviews, the slogan from management was “Only best Masters can have slaves so we are best masters”. Shame, the real masters are not the one who treat their slaves as donkeys and award them as best donkey award in public company meeting?
