Strong sustainability-minded culture Smart team members Caring managers

Cons

Executive leadership seems to be less and less caring which may be leading to unfortunate culture changes. Big pushes for people to be in the office more days a week and longer hours per day is concerning.

They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

Pros

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

Cons

The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
