      Can be a long ramp up period, but once established you can make upwards of 250k.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership is lacking. Sales leadership specifically in the area is often rather ineffective in their ability to communicate.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
