      Handsome Salary. Cant find others.

      Cons

      1) No work-Life balance. It depends upon the team. As of my experience No. 2) Not professional. 3)No appreciation for Smart work. U can do one thing in 6 hours of time. --------It's not appreciated. Do the same job in 12 hours, do stayback (Stretch yourself overnight) ------------- Appreciated Simple word I can say " They want you to be donkey". 4) No flexibility

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
