Pros
Excellent Company to work for. Started with them in Europe and was transferred to the United States. Worked for them for 11 Years. Division was sold and was laid off.
Cons
I have applied for numerous jobs and every time the prospective employer reaches out to IR for a reference they are been told I am not rehirable. I have applied for a number of positions with IR but never receive a call back on even positions I held while working for them. So I am concerned as during my 11 years I was promoted and never had a write up and was transferred to the USA, I have tried to reach out to them but cannot get any response so that I understand what is going on
