      Short breaks 10min and 20 lunch break Work every other Saturday Poor communication Lack Integrity Poor training for new employees Misleading new employees getting rid of them only after 3 weeks on the job Only care about numbers but pretend to care about the quality of the product Lack of feedback to new employees ( how good or bad they are doing) Lack compassion

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
