      Pros

      Great HR team that listens to employees, pay is ok, and unnecessary overtime, Plant manager is a great guy that values his team. Can move up in the company quickly

      Cons

      Salary employees are paid once a month, micromanagement from OPS manager, OPS manager doesn't know what he is doing more so winging things, Production Managers don't know how to manage except for one.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
