      Pros

      Fellon McCord is a good place to work, undergoing some big changes but a good place to work. They expect a lot but are fair. My boss is very good to work for, allows some reasonable flex time and generally helps me and coaches well.

      Cons

      there are some really negative people left over from the "old days". not sure why they are still there but I guess no one else will hire them

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
