I’ve really enjoyed my time here, especially because the people make such a big difference. The team is supportive, the work is meaningful, and there’s a genuine sense of pride in what we do every day. It’s the kind of place where you can build real, hands‑on experience and feel like your contributions matter. Communication is generally solid, expectations are clear, and the environment feels steady and collaborative. From my perspective, it’s a workplace that offers stability, purpose, and a culture where you can grow through experience and feel good about the impact you’re making.

Lack of leadership support, clear expectations, and structured onboarding. No formal orientation (no company overview, org chart, or handbook provided despite requests) made it difficult to understand the organization and effectively support employees. Training relied heavily on observation with minimal hands-on practice, and learning needs were not accommodated despite being communicated. Requests for clearer guidance, check-ins, and a defined path forward were labeled as push back and not acknowledged. Overall environment lacked psychological safety, and concerns about training dynamics and communication were recognized but not addressed.
