Company was recently bought out by some staff engineers who don't really know how to manage a staff. They show no respect to their employees and can be borderline harassment. One lady in management yelled so much at another employee that they left crying and quit. People are constantly putting in their 2 weeks notice and they just try upping their salary to make them stay. Very high turnover.
