No proper training, you are on your own figuring things out...nonstop problems due to the nature of their business and they expect you to fix the problems without a hint.
Management is chaos; do not believe what they told you during the interview.
Horrible working environment, I had bugs on me and was sick all the time. You don't know what you could bring home from their warehouse and office.
