Pros
Loved the job always learning new things and most coworkers were professional and a pleasure to work with. Have been with the company for a while now there's been a lot of turnover however the ones that are still there are dedicated and most days will work together as a team
Cons
Management and various others allow this sexual harassment and forced attempts of advances to occur by the engineer. Have reported it to direct supervisor, operations manager and corporate hr in Iowa. All evidence I collected was dismissed as though it was nothing and the situation was turned around to make it look like I was out to get people in trouble when all I wanted was the harassment both sexually and professional and retaliation Sabatoge threats for declining the offer to stop. There have been others some whom have accepted the offers and are doing well in the company and others who have declined whom are either scared walking on thin ice or if they had the nerve to report it have since been fired. People act as if they are scared of him even people in management or corporate positions, they all treat him as if he's a god cater to him because he is the only one engineer in the entire company that has any experience with the specialized rare equipment. While before the advances he is friendly and professional once the line is crossed you see true colors. If it weren't for the engineer and the way management covers for him then
