The actual level of the company is low. People, especially C-level managers, speak English super poorly, even those that are supposed to be in charge of writing English content for their very lame "news" website (.info or smth) speak really bad English. I would urge them to either hire someone with impeccable English, or just use AI for all English content - honestly, it is cheaper and way more accurate. Overall, for an international company, they are VERY "small town" level. If you want international exposure or high-level experience, this might not be the place for you, you will get very bored. Some of the newly appointed managers were unprepared and made rushed and stupid decisions. Piotr, the CEO, is a nice guy, but he should be aware of the actual cost of appointing inexperienced people in such positions
