Pros
Pay was okay for type of work, but not worth it for dealing with management.
Cons
- Management is stubborn, cocky, and over all hard to deal with. - Technology is is super behind, but management thinks its up to date and shoots down any suggestions for upgrades because they do not know the technology. - Work is chaotic. Things get thrown at you left and right and they expect you to address each one. - Say good bye to your personal life as they WILL call you over weekends. - Management is always micromanaging the employee constantly on a look out to see if you are working in your cube.
