Pros
One of the best companies I've ever worked for. They treat their employees with kindness and respect. They offer extensive training and support, but also autonomy. There are opportunities for advancement and a great pay structure.
Cons
It is similar to a sales position in that job security is dependent on your team's ability to attract/retain drivers while growing accounts and sometimes changes in the industry can make success a tall order. Unfortunately, that's just the nature of the industry and not a criticism of the company itself.
